At the Spine institute of Idaho, our goal is to be a single-source destination for your spine related needs, to do that, we have gathered a comprehensive care team, including: Physicians, Physiatrists, Physical Therapists, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Each of our providers is highly trained and actively contributes to their field.

Samuel Jorgenson, MD

Dr. Jorgenson's current research includes minimally invasive surgery and scoliosis implants.

Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physicians

Physiatrist

Beth Rogers, MD

Dr. Rogers specializes in interventional pain management, as well performing injection therapy, and electromyography (EMG) to aid in diagnosis of neuromuscular disorders.

Michael Spackman, MD

Dr. Spackman specializes in treating pain through interventional techniques to include injections, acupuncture and Botox.
